Why We Started
After spending a total of 30 years in the People space honing our craft at large global corporations, mid-market companies and quickly scaling start-ups, we realized there was one consistent theme throughout. Not only was the HR strategy the same one size fits all approach, but employees were also nothing more than business resources. The result remained consistent. Employees were exhausted from hiding their authenticity in the workplace, confused about how People strategies aligned to the organization’s goals and HR was viewed as the super scary Principal’s office. The gap in the People industry was evident. The opportunity clear.
